The entire staff is truly amazing, always friendly and genuinely concerned with each clients comfort. Evan went way above and beyond Eka's already high standards by greatly assisting me in accessing an unexpected online business meeting. This not only saved me time but also put my mind at ease so I could continue to enjoy the fantastic food, facilities and entertainment at the Eka Hotel. Thank you again Evan ! The gentleman in charge of the gym provided excellent advice and instruction. It was a pleasure working out and accessing the steam sauna. First class all the way. The food in both the 3rd floor buffet and 8th floor Farm House restaurant was of good quality and portion size, very tasty and priced well. Great value and service in both dining centres. A special thank you to the trainees, one in the Farm House and one at the front desk. I would never have known they were not seasoned veterans if it weren't for their Trainee name tag. Calm, comfortable service provided with a smile. I can't say enough about the high quality staff.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the hotel. We would like to mention Mr. Allan the concierge. A true professional and his personality is magnetic, really makes you feel like you truly matter. Also a big thank you to the two Faiths(reception and spa) and Evelyn from the restaurant. See you guys next year.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, food pretty good and the place just has a good feel to it.

The breakfast was remarkable with awesome varieties to suite my palette. The chefs and waiting staff were exception and the time definitely worked for me and my set schedule.

The safety of the property is amazing. The idea of using the door card to access entry was good. I felt safe and secure. The general cleanliness of the facility and the rooms was very impressive. The staff were kind and respectful .
